Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Defective or broken product will be replaced after filing claim with carrier if shipped. Due to the custom nature of our business, we must treat cancellations on a case by case basis to determine what costs cannot be refunded.

Q: What kind of pictures can you use?
A: We can use most any picture file that you can attach to an e-mail and send us. We (or you) can also take a current photo, letter, document, anything that can be scanned and create a picture file that can be engraved.
Q: Can I download an Image or Message from the Internet & send it to be Engraved?
A: Absolutely! Or you can request an image already on our website, plus we have 100's more to select from.
Q: Are these all the products you have?
A: Absolutely not. Please bare with us as we get up & running and continue to add items. Or give us a call if you have an idea of your own.
Q: Can you put Monograms on any material?
A: Some materials are too thin, the heavier the better. We perform a test on a hidden area before proceeding. But the detail and affect are awesome!!
Q: What is included in the prices shown?
A: This includes taking your pre-edited photo, running it through our special software for preparing the image (a preview image on the selected material can be sent back for approval), pulling the image into Corel Draw in prep for Laser Software, then transferring into the Laser. We then Engrave or Cut as needed. We only charge 1/2 of the going rate for Laser Machine time.
Q: Can you cut from a regular image file?
A: No, the file must be Vector for cutting, as this provides a 'path' for the laser to file.
